How the YITUO Studio member booking pages handle your information. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us. Nothing else from your Google account is requested.
We store your email, name, membership plan and your studio bookings: dates, hours, cancellations and any extra-hour charges. Bookings are also kept by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, which sends booking confirmations to your email.
Your member profile: the bio, images and answers you add on the profile page. These are stored with your membership and copied to YITUO's Google Drive (Google Workspace), where the YITUO team can see them.
How we use it
To confirm your membership, track your monthly hours, manage your bookings and invoice extra hours, and so the YITUO team can get to know you through your profile. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
One sign-in cookie keeps you signed in on this device, so you can bookmark the member pages. It lasts a year from your last visit, or until you sign out. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while you are a member and as needed for our records afterwards. You can change or remove your bio, images and answers on the profile page at any time. Email hello@yituolab.com to see or delete anything else we hold about you.
